Leads & Accounts

LeadBoxer operates on two core entities: leads (people) and accounts (companies).

Leads (users)

A lead represents a person or identified visitor.
Technically we call these users. (not to be confused with LeadBoxer account users)

A lead record may contain:

  • name
  • email
  • behavioural timeline
  • signals and score
  • custom fields

Accounts

A company represents the lead’s organisation.

Enriched fields may include:

  • company name
  • domain
  • industry
  • employee count
  • revenue bracket
  • aggregate account activity

Why model both?

  • B2B outreach depends on both individual engagement and account relevance.
  • Multiple leads can belong to one company.
  • Scoring considers both personal activity and company intent.
