Leads & Accounts
LeadBoxer operates on two core entities: leads (people) and accounts (companies).
Leads (users)
A lead represents a person or identified visitor.
Technically we call these users. (not to be confused with LeadBoxer account users)
A lead record may contain:
- name
- behavioural timeline
- signals and score
- custom fields
Accounts
A company represents the lead’s organisation.
Enriched fields may include:
- company name
- domain
- industry
- employee count
- revenue bracket
- aggregate account activity
Why model both?
- B2B outreach depends on both individual engagement and account relevance.
- Multiple leads can belong to one company.
- Scoring considers both personal activity and company intent.
